Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 10am – 5 pm
Thursday: 10am – 9pm
Saturday, Sunday: 12-5pm
Please note: Availability may be limited due to museum programming scheduled during these hours.  The museum is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.  All rates are doubled for events taking place on other holidays.
*Museum can be rented outside of regular hours for an additional fee.

Events
HistoryMiami is a wonderful place to hold a corporate event, daytime meeting or retreat. 
We have built in projection screens, as well as portable.  We have a wide range of Audio Visual equipment, and can cater to your needs for any professional development, conference or workshop. 
Special events such as weddings, cocktail meet and greets or galas can be held under the lights of downtown on our plaza and sculpture garden.  Give your guests an experience they will never forget!

Camp in’s or Child’s Birthday Party 
A Camp-in at the museum is an overnight learning adventure!  Learn about the early Pioneers, the fab femmes of women’s history, or how the Pirates roamed the waters of South Florida.  Through interactive activities, object based tours and museum exploration, children and adults alike will engage and learn about our wonderful and rich history!  Bring a sleeping bag and sleep under a Seminole Chickee hut, camp out with the Wreckers in Key West or spent the night in the Miami Circle.

Teachers or parents can reserve for a Friday or Saturday night. Minimum 20 students
Children: $35.00 each
Chaperones: $10.00 each
Hours- 6pm to 9am the next morning

Parking
Our museum is currently located in Downtown Miami at 101 West Flagler Street in the Miami-Dade Cultural Center.  The museum is across from the Government Center/Metrorail/Metro mover station.  Discounted parking is available at the Cultural Center Parking Garage, 50 NW 2nd avenue.  Take the second level skywalk from the South elevator to the museum.
The Cultural Center Parking Garage is also available for rental, at $425.00.  Rental must be through HistoryMiami, and rental is required for groups bringing 50 or more cars.

Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% must be received for reservation of the date of the event.  The final bill must be paid 5 days before.  HistoryMiami accepts cash, check and credit card payments.  No deposits will be refunded for cancellations made less than five days prior to the event.
